The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

The impact you’ll make

As a Logistics Analyst at Lam, you'll orchestrate and streamline material flow, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your role encompasses a broad set of responsibilities, including supply chain services, inventory control, and ensuring critical parts availability through enterprise warehouse and inventory systems. Your skilled analysis will support production planning and volume studies. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing Lam's logistics plans for seamless operations.

What you’ll do

  2. Own regional execution of Return Automation Management (RAMs) processes, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely closure
  3. Coordinate material movement across customer fabs, company depots, repair partners, and 3PLs, resolving issues that impact cycle time or service commitments
  4. Partner closely with Field Service Engineers, Account Teams, and customer warehouse teams to ensure smooth handoff and visibility of returned materials
  5. Ensure accurate and timely system transactions related to returns, inventory movements, credits, debits, and repair statuses
  6. Monitor and manage return cycle time, backlog, aging inventory, and exception queues, taking proactive action to address delays
  7. Serve as the regional point of contact for return‑related exceptions and escalations, including missing paperwork, shipment discrepancies, damaged returns, or disputed credits
  8. Support adherence to hazardous materials and regulated materials requirements, working in alignment with corporate compliance and EHS frameworks
  9. Contribute to root‑cause analysis for repeat failures, return process breakdowns, or recurring customer issues
  10. Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement across depots, partners, and stakeholders
  11. Maintain and update regional SOPs, work instructions, and reference documentation related to return logistics

Who we’re looking for
