Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Site Logistic Leader

-Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods;

-Manage Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans;

-Continue to drive optimization in inbound and outbound solution for business freight cost reduction;

-Actively support in site inbound & outbound logistic VCP projects and as contact window in well management in outbound equipment tools, and continue to drive outbound equipment productivity improvement; 

-Well management in freight forwarders in site logistic operation support.

 Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of work experience in logistics, material management, warehousing, or supply chain management 3 yeas’ of experience working in logistics, materials management, warehousing and distribution, or supply chain management;

-Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Power Point, and Word Preferred Qualifications;

-Lean Expertise, including Lean Six Sigma process methodology;

-Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures. Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization;

-Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments.

-Experience working in a compliant supply chain. 

-lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership – always with unyielding integrity.
