Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LQA testers across multiple languages
- Develop and implement LQA test plans, workflows, and best practices
- Oversee linguistic, functional, and cosmetic testing of localized content
- Ensure linguistic consistency, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding LQA processes
- Allocate resources effectively and maintain project schedules
- Track and report on LQA progress, issues, and resolutions
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new LQA team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in LQA, localization, or related fields, including leadership or coordination roles
- Familiarity with LQA tools, TMS, and bug-tracking software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of linguistic nuances, cultural differences, and industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in game, software, or app localization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with automation tools for LQA is a plus
