Job description

Apple is where innovation meets global impact. Join the team dedicated to helping international users learn, discover, and get the most out of their Apple products. Our team leads the localization of print and digital documentation across more than 50 languages, spanning both Apple hardware and software. This role calls for a dynamic leader with a strong background in print and packaging workflows, a proven track record in project management, and ability to lead their team through adoption of emerging technologies.

Description

As Print Localization Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for the localization of printed materials, including Info Guides, QuickStart Guides, and Features & Benefits labels. This role demands strong communication skills and sound decision-making to ensure on-time delivery while upholding Apple's highest quality standards.

Short timelines and late-breaking project changes are a constant in this team's environment. You will draw on your deep knowledge of packaging workflows to propose creative solutions and make decisive calls that position the team for continued success. You will collaborate cross-functionally with partners across Operations, Compliance, Legal, Environmental, Design, Engineering, and Localization — supporting ongoing initiatives and driving new environmental efforts across packaging.

You will be responsible for empowering and developing your team members, guiding them through localization workflows, and ensuring alignment on project management strategies. You will lead the team through an evolving packaging landscape and champion the adoption of emerging technologies to further advance quality and efficiency.

Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, direction, and day-to-day oversight of a project management team.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage engineering, design, and content teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of localized assets.
Proven track record of driving continuous process improvements and implementing scalable solutions to meet aggressive delivery schedules.
