As a Localization Analyst at Flipster                                         
Localization Specialist at Flipster ensures accurate translation and cultural adaptation of content, UI, and communications for global markets. You will collaborate with product and tech teams to maintain consistency, compliance, and user engagement while optimizing workflows for a seamless multilingual experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Own and implement end-to-end localization process, ensuring linguistic, functional, and UX consistency.
  • Integrate localization into the product development cycle and manage localization tools (e.g., Smartling, Lokalise, Crowdin, Phrase).
  • Partner with engineering teams to optimize localization integrations within our product infrastructure.
  • Ensure proper text encoding for all languages, including right-to-left (RTL) languages.
  • Collaborate with the UX Writer and product designers to maintain glossaries and style guides for consistent terminology
  • Manage translation contractors, freelancers, and in-house teams to ensure accurate, high-quality localization.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in localization or translation operations (preferably in crypto, fintech, or SaaS).
  • Expertise in localization tools (e.g., Smartling, Lokalise, Crowdin, Phrase).
  • Fluency in Korean and English is required

Preferred

  • Experience working with external translators or agencies.
  • Experience localizing content for crypto, trading platforms, or Web3 projects.
  • Multilingual fluency beyond Korean and English (Chinese, Vietnamese, etc.)
