Loan Servicing Officer

Support the servicing of syndicated loans and complex bilateral credit facilities by managing credit lifecycle events, maintaining accurate loan records and ensuring operational excellence throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage credit lifecycle events, including drawdowns, repayments, transfers, fee accounting, accounting breaks and deal termination activities.
• Perform post-processing activities related to incoming cash, paid transactions and pending transactions.
• Ensure accurate booking and maintenance of loan information within the loan management system.
• Coordinate with Middle Office and Back Office teams to support loan servicing activities.
• Maintain effective relationships with external counterparties, including participating banks and Agent Banks.
• Support operational accuracy and process quality across loan servicing activities.

• Experience supporting loan servicing operations.
• Knowledge of credit products and loan servicing processes.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of risk management principles and risk awareness.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Proactive approach to work.
• English proficiency.

Compensation (from employer):
