Job Description:

Realizar las operaciones como agente de manejo de carga, con las siguientes responsabilidades principales:

  • Consolidación de carga (Cargo build up)
  • Entrega y recepción de mensajería UPS y otros couriers en la carga de importación
  • Actividades como designado en plataforma (Topside designee)
  • Control de inventario en bodega
  • Descarga y carga de aeronaves como agente de manejo de carga
  • Actividades generales

Brindar valor al cliente de manera que fortalezca y haga crecer la relación comercial con todos los clientes de UPS:

  • Proporcionar soporte profesional a cada agente de carga (freight forwarder)
  • Servicio al cliente para clientes externos y proveedores

Requisitos

Conocimientos, habilidades y capacidades

  • Habilidades efectivas de comunicación escrita y verbal
  • Capacidad para desempeñarse eficazmente en un entorno de trabajo enfocado en el cliente
  • Habilidades de trabajo en equipo y servicio al cliente

Educación

  • Educación secundaria completa
