Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join the manufacturing group for our award winning BoltSense product line. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, likes learning new skills, and wants to grow with a stable, long-standing company.
You don’t need deep technical experience – we’re happy to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling small parts and components (including electronics)
- Using basic hand tools and equipment
- Performing simple testing and checks to make sure products work correctly
- Assisting with calibration and setup of equipment (we’ll train you)
- Following instructions and working from basic diagrams or work orders
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Working closely with your team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Show up on time and take pride in your work
- Comfortable working with your hands
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
A Plus:
- Experience with basic tools or assembly work
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
- Technical school or coursework
Shift:
M-F, 6:00am-2:30pm, opportunities for overtime
