Salary: up to £45,000 plus benefits
Location: Hampstead, London, NW3

Our HNW client is looking for a daily Live-out Housekeeper/Cook to join their lovely family household in NW London to start ASAP.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work as a pivotal team member of a friendly and supportive team assisting a HNW family.

Working from a stunning residence in Hampstead and working with a team of five staff, the role offers broad scope, autonomy and team work, and the perfect opportunity for a motivated, self-starter individual.

The clients, an executive and academic, are supportive and really appreciate the difference an exceptional housekeeper and cook can make.

The ideal candidate will be full of positivity with a ‘no job is too small’ attitude. You will be well presented, warm, engaging with the ability to think outside the box as well as having the ability to think on your feet.

You will be happy to fit in with a very busy family life and content to adapt as and when needed.

Requirements:

• Planning and cooking healthy meals for the family
• Cleaning and maintaining rooms in the house, including appliances, furnishings, fireplaces, plants, clothing, silver.
• Laundry and ironing; arranging dry cleaning
• Organising and tidying
• Picking up the children from school when needed
• Stocking household supplies and ordering groceries
  Answering door and dealing with deliveries
• Keeping pet facilities clean and healthy
• Monitoring contractors whilst they are in the house.
• Helping with dinner parties
• Running errands
• Managing waste, recycling, and collections
• Helping with packing for trips
• Care of outdoor living areas, play equipment and walkways
• Backstopping housekeeper at Cotswolds home occasionally (once per quarter)

Working day(s): Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 10.30am – 7:00pm with a 30-min lunch break

Key attributes:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working within a UHNW household

• Trustworthy and reliable. Good with children; CRB checked.

• Detailed and thorough with exceptional organisational skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Structured and strategic with time

• Flexible and able to work with a team

• Able to work with the supervision while also independently on own initiative

• Good people skills - communicating and listening well, being collaborative, and discreet

• Savvy with online ordering, able to use Mac and iPhone

• Non-smoker
