REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates must have solid patent litigation experience, including researching and drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion papers. Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries is required. Exceptional writing skills are a must. Advanced degree in Biology/Biological Sciences or related degree preferred.
