What you will have an opportunity to do:

Our team is built on professionalism, genuine hospitality, and a true passion for both service and cuisine. We envision this role as providing the elevated, thoughtful experience of a high‑end restaurant. This is a part-time position. ​

• Set up a la carte stations for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service as required.

• Prepare and present all dishes in alignment with standard recipes, quality expectations, and plating guidelines.

• Perform banquet and kitchen line duties as directed by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

• Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly and follow through until resolution is complete.

• Stay current with modern cooking techniques, trends, and industry best practices.

• Recommend operational improvements, menu enhancements, or new ideas to elevate food quality and guest experience.

What are we looking for?

• 1-2 years previous experience

• Must be able to work independently

• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time

• Able to lift at least 20 pounds
