Responsibilities:

·         Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef , Especially grilling, sauté, frying and (pizza skills a plus).

·         Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line

·         Food preparation and portioning prior to service

·         Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment

·         Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time

Key Requirements:

·         We are looking for someone with four years experience in a full service restaurant

·         Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment

·         Solid references

·         Looking for full-time (40 hours) with flexible schedule that covers days, evenings and weekends.

·         Task-driven individual
