Job responsibilities:
Control of booking input to avoid over booked or insufficient of limo supply.
Predict the demand to limo service & react accordingly to look for outsourced support.
Ensure all booking input channels are smooth as well to minimize the duration of occupying the phone lines.
Monitor driver's movement to ensure limo turn-over is speedy & efficient.
Coordinate with outsourced vendor to ensure driver deployment is smooth & efficient.
Job requirements:
2 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and HotSOS
