Job Summary

Lilly EnAble Internship opportunity offers a meaningful internship experience for university students who are registered with İŞ-KUR with a disability rate of 40% or above.

It provides an opportunity to join our business functions, develop professionally, and build a strong foundation for a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Eligibility

• Registered with İŞ-KUR with a minimum disability rate of 40% or above, documented by a Health Board Report (Engelli Sağlık Kurulu Raporu)

• University student in a relevant field of study

• Able to work full-time during summer break and at least 3 days a week during school term

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrating a proactive approach to learning

• Openness to coaching and feedback

• Resilience by adapting to change and maintaining a positive attitude

• Strong planning and priority setting

• Analytical skills

• Advanced level in English

• Proficiency in MS Office programs
