Audi St. Paul - Hiring Now: Automotive Light Duty Technicians

Be a part of a dealership that appreciates and will treat you like family. Our Light Duty Technicians report to the Service Manager and is an onsite position at St. Paul Minnesota.

• Full-time (Monday-Friday)
• Pay: Flat Rate: $17.00- $30/ + production bonus

Responsibilities:

The Light Duty Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanic's tools.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.
• Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management.

What You'll Bring

• 1 or more years of Suspension and alignment experience
• 1 or more years of Automotive repair experience
• ASE and manufacturer certification
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Knowledge of German vehicles
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which include Flat Rate: $17.00- $30/ + production bonus

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
