The Job Title is Licensing Specialist-The Licensing Team of the Law Department holds the responsibility of preparing and maintaining the Company’s worldwide entity and personal gaming licenses and related documents. As a member of the Licensing Team, the Licensing Specialist will be responsible for the preparation, completion, submission, maintenance, and tracking of the Company’s personal gaming licenses and to support the Law Department’s mission of providing best-in-class services efficiently, timely and cost effectively. Excellent Internal and External Customer Service and promote a culture of Regulatory Compliance is imperative in this position.

• Responsible for the preparation, completion, submission, maintenance, and tracking of all personal gaming applications and licenses, and all associated documents, for the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Senior Management Teams, and Corporate Vice Presidents of Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Caesars Acquisition Company, and all affiliated entities (collectively, “Tier 1 Licensees”)

• Responsible for the review, submission, and tracking of all personal gaming applications and licenses for all members of Corporate Enterprise Shared Services (“Tier 2 Licensees”)

• Regular interaction directly with Tier 1 Licensees regarding their gaming applications, gaming licenses, and related investigations

• Gather, maintain, and secure extremely personal and confidential Tier 1 information necessary for licensing and investigation purposes

• Maintain close working relationships with Tier 1 Licensees

• Preparation and examination of highly detailed Tier 1 financial documents

• Gather and submit all materials requested by gaming regulatory agencies for supplemental requests related to the applications and/or licenses of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Licensees

• Coordinate gaming regulatory agency interviews and investigations for Tier 1 Licensees and gather all documents required for same

• Basic understand the filing requirements, to include the appropriate licensing forms, for personal gaming licenses in all jurisdictions where the Company conducts business

• Preparation and submission of check requests and wire transfers for licensing fees associated with Tier 1 Licensees

• Coordinate fingerprinting for Tier 1 Licensees

• Regular interaction with the Compliance Division of the Law Department and with the various gaming regulators in all the jurisdictions where the Company conducts business

• Completion and submission of timely change notifications and withdrawals for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Licensees to avoid penalties and fines

• Ensure timely personal license submissions to guarantee successful licenses and renewals

• Assist with preparation and completion of entity gaming applications and renewals as needed
