About the role:

You will manage and support global licensing operations to ensure licensed products, partners, and processes comply with contractual, brand, and operational requirements.

You will manage licensing systems, data integrity, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination, playing a critical role in enabling compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across licensing business areas.


 

Location

The role is based in Stockholm (Sweden).  

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date licensing contract records in internal systems.
  • Support the administration of licensing agreements, including tracking key terms, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare brand licensing overviews, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and update internal licensing, compliance, and monitoring systems (ex. Brand Comply, China Customs Database, etc.).
  • Support the Quality department in the development, maintenance, and optimization of CStaR database.
  • Conduct periodic audits of systems and records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Collaborate with Quality to produce and deliver quarterly CSTAR monitoring reports for licensees across all Business Areas (BAs)
  • Provide quarterly updates of licensee customer service contacts and product reference lists, coordinating with Account Managers for accuracy and with Electrolux’s Customer Service teams for execution and visibility
  • Train internal team members and external partners (including licensees) on licensing systems, tools, and processes
  • Partner closely with Legal, Quality, Finance, Design and other internal teams to ensure aligned inputs, documentation accuracy, and compliance
  • Assist in preparing authorization letters, trademark registrations, and related licensing documentation
  • Maintain and govern the Global Licensing Procedure Manual, including review and implementation of new procedures and updates to existing documentation
  • Support sustainability‑related licensing reporting, documentation, and data requests
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across licensing processes

Who you are:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in licensing operations, brand operations, quality operations, supply chain or related roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines in a deadline‑driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong accountability for data accuracy and compliance
