Job description

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're eager to recruit experienced Licensed Supervisors who are motivated to oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists. This role is ideal for licensed professionals looking to guide and mentor emerging therapists, providing supervision as they provide telehealth services to the Medicaid community and accumulate the clinical hours required for their full licensure.

What you'll need

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling

  • A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Arizona

  • Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor

  • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure

  • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines

  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools

  • A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
