Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

This Licensed Professional Counselor position centers on providing consistent, evidence-based mental health care through virtual sessions. You will work directly with clients to address emotional challenges, build coping strategies, and support long-term progress. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Assess client needs and establish treatment goals
• Track progress and update clinical records
• Follow state and federal compliance standards
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed

Requirements

• Active LPC license in Idaho
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable internet and private workspace for virtual sessions
