Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Location: Pyramid Healthcare – York, PA

 

Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every other weekend required

 

Pay: $30–$34/hour (before shift differentials)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our inpatient team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting individuals on their recovery journey in a structured, low-physical-demand clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions
  • Administer medications and provide patient education
  • Assist with detox protocols utilizing COWS and CIWA scales
  • Collaborate with medical providers on assessments and medication management
  • Ensure medical equipment is maintained and functioning properly
  • Support overall patient care and safety

Qualifications

  • Current or pending LPN license in Pennsylvania
  • Passion for working in behavioral health and substance use treatment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
