Join Ivy Rehab’s dedicated team where you’re not just an employee, but a valued teammate! Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient.

Job Description:

We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact.

At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.

With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. We foster a culture centered on professional growth, hands-on learning, strong clinical relationships, collaboration, and long-term career stability.

Compensation:

  • $82,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
  • If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 a paycheck ($31,000 annually).
  • Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

What makes Ivy different?

  • With the utilization of ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool), clinicians can expect a significant reduction in their normal documentation time, allowing them to spend more quality time with patients and keeping their notes AT work.
  • Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) such as Ivy Pride, Early Career Development, Wellness & Work Life Balance, and Military.
  • Clinical Career Ladder – get incentivized for your clinical accomplishments
  • Internal travel program - travel as much as you want, and we will have a home for you to settle back into without losing any of your benefits or perks
  • You can open your very own clinic (or clinics) - with equity
  • Multiple residency and specialty programs - two partnered with HSS!
  • All our benefits start within your first 30 days. We offer:
    • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet insurance
    • Paid parental & maternity leaves
    • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Free counseling as well as information and resources on emotional, financial, legal, family, and work-life issues.
    • Long-term Disability + Short-term Disability (with no pre-existing condition clause)
    • Up to 15 complementary therapy services at any of our clinics for Ivy teammates & their dependents
    • 401k with company match (last match was 15%!)
    • 4 weeks of PTO, 6 holidays, and 2 CEU paid days off annually
    • Minimum of $1,000 annually towards CEUs (more as you progress through our clinical ladder program)
