Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker –Full-Time

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year

Help bridge the gap in mental health care by delivering therapy services through a seamless virtual platform. This role offers licensed clinicians the chance to work remotely, providing essential support while we manage all administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and create tailored treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Help clients navigate personal challenges and mental health concerns
• Ensure timely documentation and case management
• Connect clients with appropriate community services and resources

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active LICSW license in Iowa
• Previous experience in telehealth, outpatient, or clinical settings preferred
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and client advocacy
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
