What’s Required  

• Highschool Diploma or GED, Associates degree in HVACR preferred
• 10 Years of experience in general maintenance in commercial/industrial building
• Valid Drivers License required
• MI Mechanical Contractors License with the following 5 licenses: HVAC         Equipment, Refrigeration, Limited or Unlimited Heating Service, Limited or Unlimited Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service, Hydronic Heating, Cooling and Process Piping
• Specialty Refrigerant Reclaiming Certificate (EPA Certification Section 608)
