At Open Door Community Health Centers, we believe every patient deserves compassionate, whole-person care that supports their physical, emotional, and social well-being. We’re looking for a Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) to join our integrated care team at Burre Dental Center, Eureka, California, a vibrant town surrounded by redwoods, ocean, and community spirit.
The Opportunity
As a BHC, you’ll play a key role on our interdisciplinary care team—collaborating with dentist, physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers, and dental/medical assistants to identify, triage, plan, manage, and provide primary behavioral health services for patients with overlapping physical and behavioral health needs. You will provide assessment, therapeutic treatment, referral, support, education, and skill-training through a variety of strategies focused on addressing specific behavioral changes in support of improved physical, social, and mental health. Patients are served in individual settings, in-person or via tele-health.

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s or Doctoral degree (LCSW/LMFT/Ph.D/Psy.D)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist in California (active and in good standing)
- Experience in similar position in a community health center or outpatient mental health clinic
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, CBT, play therapy, and family-centered approaches
- Collaborative, flexible, and dedicated to serving diverse communities.

Compensation:
- LCSW/LMFT: $91,336.00 to $104,627.20
- Clinical Psychologist: $100,280.00 to $114,860.80
