MDB Health Services is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities in the Natchitoches, Louisiana area.

• Location: Natchitoches, Louisiana area

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities.
• Manage an independent schedule and caseload.
• Travel between multiple facilities within the assigned territory.
• Work collaboratively with the broader MDB Health Services team while operating independently in the field.

Required qualifications

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in good standing.
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius.
• Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule.
• Commitment to serving older adults and residents of long-term care communities.
