Legal Liquidations Officer

Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

We are looking for a Legal Liquidations Officer to manage all back-office operations ensuring smooth and effective Portfolio Management.

Reporting to the Legal Liquidations Head, the role will be responsible for:

• Monitoring daily the progress of Foreclosures & Auctions Orders;
• Reviewing documents, filling the necessary paperwork & calculating Leakages;
• Managing all Lawyers and Third Party (ex. Notaries, Bailiffs) communication to track and follow up;
• Ensuring maintenance of all processing of activities and administering responsiveness of alerts to determine foreclosure/auctions timeline management;
• Performing Data Entry of Legal Enforcement Actions taken;
• Checking and prepare physical and electronic files;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years professional/related experience to similar roles  in Legal Office/Legal Firm;
• Knowledge of the Legal Enforcement Process and Data Entry systems;
• Advanced Excel/SQL skills will be positively considered;
• Data analysis & Decision Making;
• Comfortable working in high pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
