We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Group General Counsel, with priority of working closely with other Legal Counsel of the legal team to support UK & US asset management work and M&A transactions of The Mills Fabrica-UK team and International Property Department

• Provide legal advice on general corporate, commercial, M&A, JV and asset management transactions

• Draft relevant documentation and may lead negotiations

• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor with 6-8 years of PQE as a HK or common law jurisdiction lawyer, preferable gained from international investment banks / magic circle firms / in-house

• Private equity, M&A and JV transactional experiences

• Ability to work independently, strong commercial sense, meticulous, dedicated and self-motivated

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
