Those in corporate law at PwC will provide legal advice and support to clients on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. You will leverage experience in corporate law and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.

As a Legal Associate at PwC Legal Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in providing top-notch legal services to our clients across various industries. You will work on a diverse range of legal matters, including corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
  • Support senior associates and partners in transactional and advisory work.
  • Participate in client meetings and help prepare presentations and reports.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting clients' businesses.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas within PwC to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Assist in due diligence processes and the preparation of legal opinions.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university. A Master’s degree or further legal qualification is a plus.
  • Admitted to practice law in Indonesia (PERADI license is preferred) - for Senior Associate
  • 1-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial law.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
