[What the role is]

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.

We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore’s built environment.

[What you will be working on]

• Curate training programmes in the areas Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for built environment, mapped to recognised skills and competencies frameworks

• Design curriculum and associated assessment methods, course materials, and coordinate effective course delivery across diverse learning formats

• Participate in curriculum review processes to ensure programmes remain current with best practices and latest technological advances

• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry associations, and subject matter experts  

[What we are looking for]

• Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment related discipline  

• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Built Environment, with demonstrated competency in adoption of IDD

• Proficiency in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) methodologies, including BIM workflows, digital collaboration platforms, and data-driven design processes

• Demonstrated experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies, including hands-on experience with AI platforms, data science tools, automation systems, or digital innovation projects, with ability to translate this knowledge and expertise into CET curricula

• Independent & proactive, with strong self-management and initiative-taking abilities

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in team environments

• Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance or equivalent recognised certification
