Seldin Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Marshall Pointe apartment community in Arvada, CO. This is a Luxury Tax Credit Lease up property with 260 units.

This position will pay up to $24.00 an hour based on experience, certifications, skills, and education, along with an attractive bonus package.

• Hiring Bonus: $500
  • $250 after 30 days of employment 
  • $250 after 90 days of employment
• Retention Bonus: $1,000 after 1 year of employment
