Join our team at Egypt Education Platform as a Learning Support Assistant (Co-teacher) for the Foundation Stage at Westview International Language School. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational activities that promote holistic development in young children.
• Work alongside the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Support children in both structured activities and free play, encouraging social interactions and cognitive growth.
• Help identify and address individual learning needs, providing tailored support to ensure every child can thrive.
• Maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching strategies and support practices.
• Assist with classroom management, preparing resources, and maintaining an organized learning space.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and parents.
• A genuine passion for fostering the growth and development of young learners.
• Ability to adapt to various learning styles and diverse classroom needs.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
