Learning Specialist

1.    Facilitate training needs analysis for individuals across the organization.
2.    Develop, deliver, and periodically review training programs, curriculum and learning materials.
3.    Work with business to develop and implement effective induction programs and material.
4.    Analyze, design and development, write, review and evaluate of training and learning materials.
5.    Document and update training records that are comprehensive.
6.    Lead the development and delivery of specific learning and development program that are targeted to cater the need of talent pool
7.    Coordinate delivery of training programs by leveraging both external & internal trainer and ensure continuous improvement of training materials and providers.
8.    Organize, administrate and set up training programs and events as required.
9.    Build useful relationships with external learning providers or facilitators.
10.    Deliver training related on topics that has been trained as trainer
