Your Day-to-Day

• Coordinate sales training programs, schedules, and training logistics.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of sales capabilities.
  
• Monitor training effectiveness and sales performance, and prepare reports.
  
• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining training materials and learning content.
  
• Support coaching initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training effectiveness.
  
• Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback and recommending enhancements to training programs.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, HR, Customer Service Development, or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
  
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
  
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and basic reporting capabilities.
  
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience facilitating training sessions, role plays, or coaching activities is a plus.
