As part of Magna International, Magna Energy Storage Systems Group develops and manufactures innovative fuel tank systems and components for heavy-duty trucks and passenger cars, specializing in plug-in hybrids. Job Responsibilities:

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
  • Unterstützung des standortübergreifend verantwortlichen Operational Improvement Managers bei standortspezifischen Themen
  • Unterstützung der Fachabteilung bei der Implementierung und Verbesserung der MAFACT-Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung und Überprüfung der Einhaltung von 5S-Standards im Werk
  • Durchführung von Gemba-Walks, Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen
  • Aufbereitung und Pflege relevanter, vorgegebener Daten und KPIs
  • Koordination und Abwicklung des internen Vorschlagswesens

Wissen und Ausbildung

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene (technische/kaufmännische) Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen mit den relevanten Produktionsprozessen am Standort sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Qualitätsbereich und/ oder mit Lean-Aufgabenstellungen
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
