Job description
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency
- Analyze and improve labor productivity, workforce utilization, and staffing efficiency
- Optimize labor hours and operational scheduling to improve overall performance
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement solutions
- Drive wave planning and operational flow optimization within warehouse operations
- Improve warehouse layout and workflow movement to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor and improve KPI performance across warehouse and logistics operations
- Lead and support Lean / Six Sigma projects to drive measurable business improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, planning, and technology teams to implement scalable process solutions
- Develop reporting and performance tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean management, or logistics operations
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor management, and workflow optimization
- Experience with KPI analysis, productivity improvement, and operational cost control
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
