Job description
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency
  • Analyze and improve labor productivity, workforce utilization, and staffing efficiency
  • Optimize labor hours and operational scheduling to improve overall performance
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement solutions
  • Drive wave planning and operational flow optimization within warehouse operations
  • Improve warehouse layout and workflow movement to enhance operational efficiency
  • Monitor and improve KPI performance across warehouse and logistics operations
  • Lead and support Lean / Six Sigma projects to drive measurable business improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, planning, and technology teams to implement scalable process solutions
  • Develop reporting and performance tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean management, or logistics operations
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor management, and workflow optimization
  • Experience with KPI analysis, productivity improvement, and operational cost control
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
