Responsibilities:
- Lead Kaizen events, process improvement projects, and value stream initiatives that drive measurable business results.
- Partner with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to identify and eliminate waste throughout the organization.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees on Lean principles, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement best practices.
- Analyze operational performance data and use Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams and effectively communicate project goals, progress, and results to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Develop and sustain standard work, visual management systems, and process documentation using Microsoft Office tools and reporting systems.
- Serve as a champion for continuous improvement by promoting a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or operational excellence initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to independently lead projects and drive change.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant experience will also be considered.
