QLD - BanyoKey role supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in the day to day operations of our site in Banyo, QLD.

We have an opportunity available for you to play a key role in supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of our site in Banyo, QLD. This will be offered as a permanent full-time role with the working hours of 7am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as supervisor of the site as required in their absence.
• Supervise a small team of warehouse staff and work tasks.
• Manage inbound deliveries.
• Ensure the warehouse has adequate supplies.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders about status of their orders when required, usually via email.
• Manage all outbound orders and supplier returns.
• Review all customer orders and transport tasks.
• Process order to completion when it leaves the warehouse.
• Review back orders daily and fulfil when stock is available.
• Be able to accurately conduct regular cycle counts

About You:

• Previous experience working in a similar role, or considerable experience working in a warehouse and a desire to move into management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience in conducting cycle counts is favourable
• Current Forklift and Drivers Licence preferred.
