Leadership Trainee - Software Development (React/PHP)

Role Summary:

The Software Development Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications using React or PHP stack. The intern will gain hands-on experience in modern web technologies and work closely with senior developers to enhance technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of web applications using React/PHP stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices.
• Work on frontend (React.js) or backend (PHP) development.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product managers to develop features and fix bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and debugging to ensure quality and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
• Document technical procedures, updates, and project progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (last semester or completed) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, MongoDB, and React.js/Angular.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and basic DevOps concepts.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Final Year Project should be in React/PHP.
