Put your extraordinary supervisory and technical skills to work as a Lead Veterinary Technician for a bold and progressive new veterinary company.

The preferred candidate will have at least 1 year of leadership experience, a licensed/registered technician, at least 3 years of veterinary technical experience, and a flexible/open work schedule.

Some of the duties of the Lead Veterinary Technician include:
-Maintaining a Positive work environment
-Managing other technicians
-Training technicians and concierge team members
-Following and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures
-Making work schedules
-Attending meetings
-Reviewing staff time sheets
-Troubleshooting repairs
-Inventory and ordering
-Hiring of employees
-Staff evaluations

Superior communication skills and a fair-minded disposition are necessary for this role.
