The Valet Parking Unit provides a convenient, accessible, and stress-free parking experience for patients, visitors, and staff. This service aims to enhance customer satisfaction by reducing the time and effort needed to find parking, especially for those with mobility challenges or urgent healthcare needs.

Lead Valet Attendant

Full-Time

Job Description:

  • Assists the Manager in overseeing and coordinating all activities related to valet and parking.
  • Provides professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services for patients, visitors, and guests while meeting the standards outlined by Baptist Health Lexington.
  • Proactively approach, greet, and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service on a daily basis.
  • Conducts briefings, training, guidance, and leadership to valet personnel.

Requirements:

  • High School/GED
  • Two years applicable experience
  • Valid Drivers License (Clean Record)
  • Ability to run, be on feet for long periods of time, and be outdoors in all types of weather
