Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to join our Global Technology team at MBPS. This Director-equivalent role will provide strategic program leadership across internal reporting, governance, and executive stakeholder engagement. The incumbent will partner with leaders across technology, business, and functional areas to drive transparency, strengthen operating discipline, manage cross-functional priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality insights that support decision-making and delivery outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, management, and continuous improvement of internal reporting frameworks, governance routines, and executive-level operating rhythms across the area of responsibility.
  • Partner with technology, business, functional, and executive leaders to align priorities, surface risks and dependencies, and support timely decision-making across strategic programs and delivery commitments.
  • Own preparation and delivery of executive-ready updates, governance materials, performance insights, and leadership reporting that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, issues, and outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional program governance by establishing clear accountability, cadence, escalation paths, and follow-through mechanisms across teams and leadership groups.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen delivery discipline, improve reporting quality, simplify governance processes, and build scalable ways of working across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or another relevant field; equivalent post-secondary education or experience may be considered.
  • Extensive experience in technical program management, service delivery governance, business management, or technology operations within a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and communicate with senior leaders and executives, including the preparation of concise, executive-ready materials and decision support.
  • Strong governance, reporting, risk management, and program execution skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights and actionable priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, drive alignment across stakeholders, and maintain disciplined follow-through across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, with high attention to detail and quality.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid set-up (3x onsite per week)
  • Amenable to work in the assigned shift

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
