As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will define system architecture and requirements, lead integration activities, and ensure system performance aligns with product objectives. You will lead cross-functional technical efforts and solve complex system-level challenges.  This position reports to the IDC Site Leader and is part of Biopharma Solutions located in Bengaluru, India at the Danaher India Development Center.  This is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Define system architecture and requirements 
• Decompose system requirements and allocate targets 
• Perform system modeling and analysis 
• Drive root cause analysis and risk management 
• Support cross-functional tradeoff decisions 

The essential requirements of the job include

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 7+ years systems engineering experience
• Experience with requirements and system integration
• Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysis
• Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Regulated environments (GMP, ISO) 
• Model-based systems engineering 
• Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins
