The ideal candidate will be a technical and thought leader with a passion for modernizing legacy enterprise architectures in the Federal government space. This is a full-time position located onsite with our customer in Washington DC.
What you will be doing
- Provide technical, thought, and people leadership in the architectural redesign and modernization of a large, multi-tenant, legacy software application
- Support the Lead Developer to resolve particularly complex technical issues; provide innovative technical solutions to address environmental constraints and challenges
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to support activities throughout the entire SDLC
- Ensure attainment of all SLAs/SLOs in accordance with the QASP
- Mentor cross-functional development team members to achieve collective success
- Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions
- Must possess a high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative requiring minimal supervision
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related
- 11+ years in Federal IT enterprise architecture including experience with Zero Trust and NIST
- Minimum active Secret clearance; able to obtain and maintain Top Secret
- Experience leading the development of technology roadmaps and strategies
- Hands-on technical expertise designing secure, scalable, multi-tenant, cloud/on-prem/hybrid architectures including all infrastructure, data, workflows, automation, compliance, reliability, identity, and access considerations
- Experience migrating legacy, multi-tenant applications to the cloud while maintaining security posture, meeting strict uptime requirements, and significantly improving user experience (UX)
- Expert-level command of the English language (oral and written), with experience interacting effectively at the CIO and CISO levels of large organizations
- Expert-level organizational skills and ability to keep a multitude of tasks and projects on track at all times and with minimal supervision

- Specific experience with JCAM, eMASS, Xacta, Archer, or similar cybersecurity GRC tools is desire
