Lead Software Engineer - React JS, ES6, JavaScript, CSS, HTML & Java

Scope:

• Core responsibilities include System Design and Development of front-end web pages using React JS and backend development using Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Lead a team of small size

Our current technical environment:

• Software: React JS, C++, XSL, JSP, Java Script, HTML, CSS, Java, Rest API, Spring Boot, RDBMS
• Frameworks/Others: Material UI, Spring Boot, GIT, RDBMS, Oracle, Jira

What you’ll do:

• Modernize existing application from legacy technologies to React JS/Spring Boot
• Lead and manage a team of small size
• Ensure timely deliverables to customers as per the commitments
• Strong Technical Expertise on System Design
• Experience in architecting the Web Applications with any JavaScript framework like React JS
• Development using React JS and Java, Microservices
• Drives/Leads the development, performs the code reviews
• Learns and adapts to applicable technologies, products, and tools
• Demonstrates good understanding of relevant domain and solutions
• Demonstrates good understanding of the product
• Develops in depth knowledge in certain components of the product
• Understands and analyzes business requirements and designs provided
• Assists with technical design
• Develops and executes Unit Tests
• Follows standard processes and procedures
• Identifies and resolves software bugs
• Tests and integrates with other development tasks
• Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability
• Proactively picks up development and maintenance tasks
• Plans and prioritizes work
• Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers
• Proactively seeks or helps as required

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of experience in Product Development.
• Experience in Web Development using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and associated frameworks such as React JS with ES6 features.
• Experience in leading a team/project
• Experience in Java and J2EE technologies with excellent understanding of OOPS concepts and Design Patterns.
• Experience in Microservices development using Spring Boot framework
• Excellent knowledge on Relational Databases like Oracle
• Knowledge on REST architectural styles
• Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Tools like JIRA/Git/Jenkins and Continuous Integration.
• Excellent Problem Solving and Trouble shooting skills
• High levels of ownership and commitment on deliverable
• Experience in Agile Development Methodology
