Lead / Senior Manager Corporate Strategy

YOUR MISSION

• Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to create and implement departmental strategies and operating models aligned with overall business goals
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Lead and participate in comprehensive strategic programs establishing the foundation for future growth and competitiveness
• Identify areas of improvements in workflows and recommend solutions to streamline operations
• Facilitate the development of well-organized and comprehensive presentations and documentation to support the Senior Leadership decision-making process
• Guide organization through strategic changes and ensure buy-in from key internal stakeholders.

YOUR TALENT

• At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, ideally within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry
• Proven ability to develop long-term strategic plans and in managing complex strategic projects
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the broader business context in the sporting goods industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills when analyzing complex data, identifying key issues and developing effective solutions
• Experience in comprehensive strategic programs preferred  
• Very strong communication skills towards senior management
• Highly committed team player with a great affinity towards sports
