Job description

We think you also hate when travel app is giving you a headache, right? A slight misinformation can ruin the trip.

That is exactly what we are tackling as t-fam! Making sure that our 50+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Own the TTD & Event product backlog and roadmap end-to-end — you decide what ships and why, and you say no more often than you say yes.

  • Set and defend a ruthless prioritization framework (impact vs. effort vs. strategic fit) so the team ships the 20% of ideas that move 80% of the outcome, not the loudest request in the room.

  • Work hands-on with engineers and designers from spec to ship — you're in the details, not just delegating the thinking.

  • Own the experimentation calendar for TTD & Event: design tests, read the results yourself, and turn null or negative results into the next roadmap decision, not a shrug.

  • Pull and interpret your own data — query it, don't wait for someone to hand you a dashboard — to find the next lever for personalization and conversion.

  • Be the connective tissue with business, ops, and partnerships teams to get features into market and keep them healthy post-launch.

  • Drive market and usability research that turns into an actual point of view on where TTD & Event should place its next bets, not just a research readout.

  • Set the bar for product craft on the team — your specs, your prioritization logic, and your data rigor are what other PMs are measured against.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including exposure to leading a team or acting as a de facto lead PM across other PMs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field — required, not preferred.

  • A track record of shipping features that moved a specific metric — you can name the number, not just the launch date.

  • Fluent with data: comfortable pulling your own SQL, living inside a product analytics tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar), and skeptical of any decision made without a dataset behind it.

  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to make sound trade-offs and drive high-impact decisions.

  • Execution-oriented mindset, able to deliver iteratively with speed while maintaining quality.

  • Tech-savvy, curious, and proactive, with a passion for industry trends and a self-starter attitude.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication — able to flex between an engineering standup and a leadership readout in the same day.

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional groups (engineer, design, business, ops, partnerships) to launch and maintain multiple live projects at once.

  • Experience at a tech startup, leading technology company, top consulting firm, OTA, travel company, or marketplace platform is highly preferred.

In the event that you haven’t received any updates after 3 weeks, your data will be kept and we may contact you for another career destination. Meanwhile, discover more about tiket.com on Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
