Lead Product Manager – Airline Experience ​

Role Summary

Seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap, planning, and execution across Check-in portfolio-SSCI, Defect Management, DMS (Delivery Management System), and Product Convergence initiatives. The role will partner closely with Engineering, Delivery, CARE and Customer teams to prioritize investments, improve product quality, and deliver customer value. The role possesses a unique blend of business and technical skills, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product roadmap, prioritization, and release planning.
  • Manage SSCI, DMS, Defect Management, and product convergence initiatives.
  • Drive product vision & strategy, business requirements documentation and analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
  • Drive defect backlog governance, quality improvements, and operational excellence.
  • Utilize customer insights, data, and analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate roadmap, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, analysis, prioritization, and delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment to technology strategy throughout product life cycle
  • Manage the product profit & loss (P&L)
  • Manage product area’s investment decisions, scope, roadmap, priorities
  • Conduct demos (internal or external, as needed)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven Product Management experience in complex platform or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong proficiency with Rally, Jira, Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, and backlog management.
  • Experience in defect management, release planning, and product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and product management tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Airline, airport, or travel technology domain knowledge preferred
  • Business and technology-oriented, with a strong product and functional/domain background
  • Ownership mindset of individual and team objectives; with both tactical and strategic thinking to ensure measurable results
  • Abundant curiosity to delve into unfamiliar areas and quickly become proficient
