Job Title: Project Manager cum Scrum Master

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager cum Scrum Master. This role requires a combination of strong project management expertise and deep understanding of Scrum principles to drive successful project delivery within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality features and products on time.
• Coach team members on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, and communicate project status and risks to stakeholders effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements as needed.
• Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework, roles, and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of software development processes and tools is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
