Lead Product Designer

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to champion design vision and own high-impact, cross-functional efforts. In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to Product and Engineering leaders, mentor team members, and shape Alteryx's strategic direction through design excellence.

What You Will Do

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Define long-term design vision and execute multi-phase initiatives
• Guide collective problem-solving across product, UX, and GTM teams
• Present and influence through strong, narrative storytelling

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Foster inclusive team culture, rituals, and standards
• Coach designers and elevate team design maturity
• Improve tools, methods, and cross-functional collaboration

Who You Are

• 6–10 years of product/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and product impact
• Strategic, communicative, and comfortable leading ambiguity
• Skilled facilitator and mentor

Bonus Points

• Experience with platforms or multi-surface ecosystems
• Prior leadership in high-growth or enterprise environments
• Able to shift working hours to collaborate with U.S. teams
