To support the Study, we are seeking a Planning Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how this project will be built; not just that it will be built.

 

Importantly, there is a strong intention to extend this role beyond Study should FID be achieved in 2027.

 

What does that look like?

As the Planning Manager, you will lead the division for all activities with respect to planning and progress measurement for a major project covering FEED, Early Execution and Execution Phases (subject to FID) across an EPCM Scope of Services.

 

You will: (Key Focus Area’s)

  • Leadership of a team of planners to produce regular reporting deliverables
  • Lead structured development of Baseline Master Schedule and basis document
  • Lead the consolidation, summarisation and management of detailed vendor and feeder schedules into a master / life of project schedule.
  • Utilise strong communication skills to drive planning outcomes - ability to communicate upwards and downwards within the organisation and with the client is desirable

Basic Job Requirements

 

  • High Proficiency with P6, Acumen Fuse (desirable), Microsoft suit of products, Power Bi
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
  • EPCM experience for large complex project(s)
  • Experiences with development of project management plans
  • >15 years relevant industry experience planning & scheduling
